With walk-on Travis Leggett leading the way with 129 rushing yards, NC State's running backs accounted for 248 yards of total offense in the 2010 Kay Yow Spring Game.

Leggett, a 5-foot-11, 218-pounder from Chadbourn (NC) West Columbus, rushed for 129 yards on 21 carries to lead the Red team past the White team, 31-21. Tailback Zach Gentry and fullbacks Donovan Counts and David Hyde also suited up in the backfield for the Red team. The Red team offense is the Wolfpack's second-team offense and faced the second-string defense.

Sophomore tailback James Washington and junior fullback Taylor Gentry lined up for the White team. NC State's first-string offense, the White faced NC State's first-string defense.
