: "[Ellerbe] is a playmaker and one of those kids we want to touch the ball every time," Anson coach Luke Hyatt told the Fayetteville Observer. "He's getting more accustomed to the offense and that is good to see. We have playmakers on both sides of the ball. Tonight's game was also a testament to our defensive line. A lot of times tonight, we were just blocking it right and getting to where we need to be."

Statistics: returned an interception 32 yards for a touchdown and took a screen pass 66 yards for a score.

"Fort Scott played eight to nine men in the box, and their linebackers played close to the line of scrimmage," Womble told the Hutchinson News. "It seems they game planned all week for our running game, but you can't stop everything. That's why Cordarrelle had a big game."
