"Their speed hurt us," opposing coach and Shrine Bowl coach John Lowery told the Salisbury Post. "We had no answer for their outside game, and that was the difference in the ballgame. [Morris] is a really good runner. We knew coming in we had to contain him, and we didn't do a good job of it."

Quotable: "Our trainer said 911," Brown head coach Ron Massey told the Independent Tribune. "They go the wrong way in the backfield and Xavier [Stanback] hurts his ankle and Damien's [Washington] out with his ankle. So we're 911; we had to use [Riley]. He's still not 100 percent, but he gives the offense a little boost and everything."
"This team has the best composure I've ever seen," Riley told the Independent Tribune. "It also has a coaching staff that's very calm. They're not on the sidelines yelling and freaking out.
"I never know (how my knee will be) until the next morning," he said. "It
feels good right now. Saturday morning is usually the worst. If I can
practice, I'm going to practice. I guess just take it day by day."
