On the decision to go for it on 4th-and-1:
"I wanted to let our offense know that I trusted them running the football and that we were going to pick up the first down."

On the early turnovers:
"Any time you play a team like this that throws it around, you've got to get your two or three turnovers, and we were able to get those today. I think that's the key to this game -- the turnovers."

On Dwight Jones:
"I've been around some real good ones and Dwight is right up there. I've been around Roy Williams and some of those guys, but Dwight's just as good if not better than a lot of those guys."

On the atmosphere:
"I think it's fun to come play in front of crowds like this. I think that's what college football is about. I'm glad the series is going to continue. I think it's good for our kids and I think its good for our state."

On scoring early to quiet the crowd:
"Well, that's the mission when you go on the road. You want to establish your mentality when you go on the road and take the crowd out of it and I think we were able to do that early."

On Dwight Jones:
"He should be one of the top receivers in the country. There's no doubt in my mind. The plays he made today… I underthrew him on a deep ball, the first one he caught for a touchdown. He made a great play. And then the one to seal it off, he made a great one-handed catch. I hope it's on SportsCenter." rst

On the atmosphere:
"This is why you play college football, to come into an atmosphere like this, especially with the instate rivalry. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. They're a great host and we're glad we got the victory."

"The touchdown was just a double-move route. I was in single coverage and I ran a double move and Bryn gave me time and laid it up for me."

On his career success against ECU:
"I've got a chip on my shoulder when I play them, but it just felt like another game today, another step in our ladder."
