Edwards has one team on top

Few rumors have circulated with as much force as that of the No. 3 running back in the nation set to commit to North Carolina after his camp to Florida State.

However, could the Seminoles' camp, one which Dudley (NC) star Jamaal Edwards has attended since his eighth grade year, change his mind?

"It was really good, and I learned a lot more about them as a whole," says the 6-foot, 200 pounder. "Florida State is on top after the visit. I learned that they will take two running backs this year because they will only have two running backs returning next year. In the offense they run, three will play, so I think I can get some playing time next year."

With the visit still fresh in Edwards' mind, he is not exactly ready to commit to Florida State just yet.

"I only visited North Carolina a few times, so you never know what could happen if I go again and I really like that visit the best."

No matter what, according to Jamaal, he wants to still decide before the season starts.

"I definitely want to decide before then because you never know what could happen. I could get hurt, and I want to know that I am locked in to a school and I have a future playing for them instead of worrying about it."
