Williams indicated that Bullock had not done any contact work prior to Friday since suffering the concussion in practice on Dec. 27. Bullock and sophomore forward James Michael McAdoo collided while battling for a long pass running down the floor.
Senior guard Dexter Strickland told reporters that Bullock "looked great" during Friday's practice.
"He was a little tired running sprints because he hasn't been running, obviously, but he looked good," Strickland said. "His shot's still good and I'm pretty sure he's looking forward to playing on Sunday."
Bullock is UNC's second-leading scorer (13.1) and rebounder (5.7) and leads the ACC with a 47.5 percent shooting percentage (29-of-61) from behind the arc.
