"I love all the coaches. I love everything they do. Overall, I'm just really impressed with North Carolina."
Wilson, a 6-foot-4, 275-pound offensive lineman from Alpharetta (Ga.) Milton, says his top four schools remains the same – Auburn, Florida State, Mississippi, and UNC.
"I'm pretty much staying in contact with those schools," Wilson said. "I feel they all would be a great place to go. I just haven't found one that really stands out to me yet."
Wilson is unsure when he'll make a verbal commitment.
"I don't feel really rushed right now," Wilson said. "I guess I'm just going to take my time with it, because right now none of [the schools] have emerged as that perfect place.
"I'll probably talk to my coaches and my family really when it comes to committing. When it comes to my family, it will just be seeing how close it is [and] making sure it's not across the country. I'll look at the academics with them too. And then I'll talk to my football coaches and my family too about the whole football aspect."
During his visit to UNC on Saturday, Wilson spent time with Walt Bell, who recruits his area for the Tar Heels, and Chris Kapilovic, UNC's offensive line coach.
"They're just awesome guys – I really like them," Wilson said. "I especially like Walt Bell, because he's a young guy that you can hang out with. He's just a cool guy and so is Coach Kap. I just really enjoy talking to them."
Wilson and his family also sat down with Larry Fedora.
"I love talking to him," Wilson said. "I think he's an awesome guy.
"He talked about family stuff and the game. Since I brought my family, he talked to them about the campus, the football team, the facilities, and the plans for the future."
Wilson, who attended the UNC-Virginia Tech game last season, noticed the continued changes UNC has made to improve its game day experience.
"I did notice the Tar Heel Town in front of the stadium – that was really cool," Wilson said. "I didn't notice the DJ, but there were some awesome songs, I've got to say. But some of the changes caught my attention for sure. I think it's really cool to get the fans into it."
On the football field, Wilson watched as UNC fell short against Duke.
"Obviously, the outcome wasn't in their favor, but I thought they played really well against a really good team this year," Wilson said. "I feel like they did pretty well."
Besides UNC, Wilson has attended games this season at Auburn, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Mississippi, and Ohio State.
Other than Alabama for a junior day, Wilson doesn't have any future recruiting trips planned.
"If a school shows enough interest, then I'll definitely visit them," Wilson said. "But for the most part, I just want to revisit a couple of schools just to talk to the coaches again."
