McDonald's All-American Girls: Photo Gallery

CHICAGO -- Despite being from North Carolina and Florida, the two Carolina women's basketball signees in the McDonald's All-American game suited up for the West team. In a game that went down to the final moments, the East edged West 89-87.

Stephanie Watts was the second leading scorer for the West with 19 points, four rebounds, two blocks and two steals in only 15 minutes of playing time. Destinee Walker contributed four points, two rebounds and a steal in her 13 minutes.
