UNC's Isaiah Hicks Named ACC Sixth Man of the Year

Isaiah Hicks is the ACC’s Sixth Man of the Year, the league announced on Sunday.

North Carolina junior Isaiah Hicks has been voted the Atlantic Coast Conference's Sixth Man of the Year.

The Oxford, N.C., native is averaging 9.2 points and 4.5 rebounds per game while shooting 60.6 percent from the floor.

Hicks has recorded 15 games scoring in double-digits this season, including a 21-point, 8-rebound effort at Syracuse.  He's sixth in the ACC in offensive rating (124.1), per kenpom.com, and has won UNC's team defensive player of the game award seven times.
