UNC QB Mitch Trubisky Ready to Start Strong

UNC's QB says the Tar Heels have been preparing with a purpose since April, and he's ready to show off the results.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Mitch Trubisky has worked and waited for three years to start his first college football game, and Saturday is finally the day. 

From reviewing film of Kirby Smart's Alabama team, to dedicating off time to the gym, Trubisky says the Tar Heels have been practicing with a purpose. And after a defeat in the 2015 season opener to South Carolina, he says the Tar Heels have learned from the past are more confident and prepared this time around.
