Beginning on Friday, college coaches can once again hit the road to recruit and evaluate high school prospects. The fall recruiting period – which ends on Nov. 8 – gives coaches the flexibility to watch a prospect in open gym or individual workouts. As recruiting has evolved, where a coach and his staff spend their time on the opening day of the fall period tells a lot about what players they’re prioritizing.
