CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- Austin Proehl is eager to be the veteran leader of North Carolina's new-look receiving corps, but first he's got to focus on his rehabilitation.
Proehl, who had 43 catches for 597 yards last season, suffered a torn hamstring in UNC's 2016 Bowl Game.
"I'm getting better each and every day," Proehl said. "I expect to be back after spring break."
Proehl further discussed his recovery, the quarterback starting position battle, media scrutiny and his personal goals and improvements for the 2017 season.
