He's got some other things to take care of too. He's 17, and his academics are going to be in line. With school underway, we've got to make sure that he's got all of his (academic) stuff done."
The elder Howard informed IC that he and his son had just returned from an unofficial visit to Georgia and that plans are also in the work to visit the SEC program again in the official manner.
"We're only going to have three official visits," stated Howard. "It's going to be Georgia, Georgia Tech and North Carolina. That's it."
And as for the up-to-the-minute NBA talk?
"Well, we're not going to make a foolish decision. We're just going to see how this one plays out. The top priority is college. I think there's a great chance that he goes to college."
