Foster treated with 'high class' on visit

San Diego running back Arian Foster crossed the continent to visit North Carolina. It was the second visit for Foster who has visited Oregon State and still has trips to Oregon, West Virginia, and Tennessee left on his slate. All of his favorites have offered as well as Colorado, Colorado State, Arizona State, Washington, and New Mexico.

"The visit to North Carolina was really cool," Foster said. "I'm not used to the cold but that's OK. I used to live in New Mexico where it snowed some.

"My favorite part of the North Carolina trip was the visit to the stadium. I really liked the stadium. The people at North Carolina treated me with high class. D.J. Walker was my player host and I spent time with Ronnie McGill as well."

UNC head coach John Bunting made a favorable impression with Arian as well.

"Coach Bunting talked with me a lot," he said. "He made me feel that I could really contribute to the program. The players that hosted me treated me right as well. They had a jersey made up with my name on it. They announced my name over the P.A. system and there were fireworks."

Foster plans on majoring in Business Administration and he had an up close look at the UNC Business School.

Foster loved his visit but said did not commit.

"I'm going to take all my visits before I decide. North Carolina is certainly right up there though."
