The NCAA's recent ruling that forbids Division I schools from playing barnstorming all-star teams in basketball means that Division II schools such as Winston-Salem State will benefit financially. The Rams have agreed to play North Carolina on Nov. 5 in Chapel Hill at the Dean Dome in an exhibition game.

"He's a point guard," Pat Richardson, his coach at Brother Rice, said. "He's played point and started for us since his sophomore year. He can create and he can push the ball up the floor. He's a better point guard than a two guard. He's out best ballhandler. He can get it down the court quicker than anybody else."

"Bobby was very impressed with Coach (Roy) Williams and the people at North Carolina and the environment in Chapel Hill," Bob Frasor said. "He loves the ACC and the brand of basketball that's played there, and he thinks he'll be a good fit for Coach Williams' brand of basketball."
North Carolina gets commitment from Chicago guard
"It's all about basketball there. Everything is Carolina Blue. They have a need for a guard and I feel confident I will be able to get playing time as a freshman."
Frasor commits to North Carolina
"This is definitely exciting," Frasor said from his home. "If somebody had told me I'd be going to North Carolina I'd have said, 'What are you talking about?'"
