Ghee Will Visit Chapel Hill

Although Fayetteville Britt cornerback Brandon Ghee doesn't deem it necessary to camp at Chapel Hill, the 6-foot, 175-pounder, who currently doesn't favor any schools, feels the need to make one last visit to UNC's campus before he decides on his future home in three weeks.

"I like the tar heels," Brandon Ghee said, who owns nine offers including one from the Tar Heels. "I will be up there next week [July 24th] to visit the campus and also get to know the coaches. I went to the Junior Day Picnic during basketball season (UNC vs. Maryland). I saw the campus then."

The trip to Chapel Hill will be among many visits Ghee will make over the course of the next three weeks. In addition to UNC, he has already visited the campuses of West Virginia, Duke, Clemson, Wake Forest, and Tennessee and plans to visit Virginia Tech and Wake Forest as well as UNC in the upcoming weeks.

Despite playing in one of the stronger areas in the state, Ghee used his speed (4.40-second 40-yard dash time) and instincts to become a shutdown corner that blanketed opposing offenses top receiving threat. He recorded four interceptions, seven passes defended, and 54 tackles on his way to an All-Conference year.
