Gutekunst has taken on a big challenge in his latest coaching stop, as defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at North Carolina. He was brought in, along with co-coordinator Marvin Sanders from Nebraska, to shore up a UNC defense that ranked next-to-last nationally in yards allowed and struggled to force turnovers.
