Due to prior plans, Laurinburg (N.C.) Scotland quarterback Cameron Sexton didn't make the unofficial trip to Chapel Hill for the Miami game as he had planned. However, the 6-foot-2, 180-pounder witnessed one of the biggest upsets in North Carolina history from his home.
"I was thinking the same thing everyone else did- ‘Did that really just happen,'" explained Sexton. "But [North] Carolina played well. The crowd looked like the [N.C.] State game's [crowd] only times ten."
It has been rumored that Sexton, who is down to the Tar Heels, N.C. State, Clemson, Virginia Tech and Florida State, has eliminated the Wolfpack. However, the Scout.com three-star prospect claims that isn't the case and that all of his favorites are completely equal at this point.
Sexton still hasn't determined if he will take any more official visits, but believes he will be in Chapel Hill this upcoming weekend to make up for skipping the Miami game.
