Harris: 'It Went Great'

Jason Harris is back from his official trip to Chapel Hill, a visit which he gives rave reviews, yet one trip remains for the Clearwater (Fla.) tailback before he makes his final decision.

"It was pretty good -- it went great," stated Harris. "I was just looking at the campus to see how it is, trying to get a good feel for it."

Not only did he get a good feel for the campus, Harris also got a good feel of the coaching staff and university.

"The coaching staff and everybody there is great," explained Harris. "The environment around the school, it's not just a school where you graduate to graduate. The academics are great there and that's what really stood out to me the most. And the coaching staff, Coach [John] Bunting is a great guy. He really set a good mark on me."

Despite the good sentiments, Harris still remains open minded in his recruitment with no clear cut leader among his final three – North Carolina, South Carolina and Iowa State.

Harris figures to announce his decision sometime around Signing Day, but he believes his destination will become apparent after his final official visit to South Carolina this coming weekend.
