Hemby Still Committed to UNC

At least for now, it appears Jordan Hemby's UNC verbal commitment survived his visit to Florida this weekend.

"I still consider myself committed to North Carolina," Jordan Hemby told Inside Carolina Sunday night. "It's hard to say but I guess there is a chance that I could change my mind.

"It was a decent visit [to UF]," he said. "Kyle Jackson was my player host. They do a lot of the same things on official visits that other schools do.

What are the odds that he'll stick with his UNC commitment?

"Oh, it's pretty high that I'll go to UNC. I'd say 80-90% that I will go to Carolina. I may not know for sure until Signing Day."

Hemby attended four local camps (UNC, NCSU, Clem, and VaT) in the summer and impressed coaches so much at each camp that he was given a scholarship offer. Florida got into the mix when NCSU Assistant Doc Holliday moved to Gainesville to work with new Gators coach Urban Meyer.
