Wilson's player host was Kentwan Balmer, who was busy last weekend escorting hometown buddy and UNC verbal Darrius Massenburg on his visit.
"I have known him since I was in 9th grade," Wilson said of Balmer. "I talked to Coach Bunting some about which side of the ball I would be playing. It will either be OLB on defense or H-back on offense. We're not really sure right now where I'll wind up."
In addition to Balmer, Wilson knows and has been corresponding with UNC prospect Jon Hannah.
"We talk on the phone some," Wilson said. "As a matter of fact, I saw him at the Avalon Club on Franklin Street following the Miami game with some of the NCSU players. I don't know where he'll end up."
Hannah was on an official visit to N.C. State this weekend.
Wilson said he plans to enroll at UNC in June.
