May Finishes 2nd In ACC POY Voting

North Carolina junior Sean May's stellar finish to the regular season earned him a second-place finish in the ACC Player of the Year voting, the conference announced today. Duke's J.J. Redick was the top vote-getter.

Voting for 2005 Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Year, with player, school and number of votes from 121 members of the Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association:
