Bosley Allen Fractures Foot in Practice

Chapel Hill, N.C. -- University of North Carolina wide receiver Bosley Allen will undergo surgery on Thursday to repair a fracture of the fifth metatarsal in his right foot.

He injured the foot in practice on Monday. Allen will be out of action for approximately 8-12 weeks, but should be ready for fall practice.

Last season, Allen caught 39 passes for 562 yards, including four touchdowns.
