"There's not much to say. We were clearly outplayed, ‘outpersonnelled' and out-coached. You name it. Fortunately for us, we get to go home, think about it and prepare for the next opponent. They've got a lot of talent. They've got a quarterback that can throw on the money. They made a lot of explosive plays, particularly throwing the football. We just didn't make enough to make to stay in the game. That's disappointing because I thought we were about to play our best game, but we certainly did not. We'll give the credit to Louisville. We've played well at times in the previous four games and won two, but we didn't play well at all tonight."

"I was looking at the scoreboard all night. You can really get mesmerized by that thing. It goes on and the fireworks continue to go off. I thought at one point they might run out of fireworks. That's a big number and basically I'm just numb at this point."

"They have a sophisticated offense. We knew that going in. They have multiple personnel groups and multiple formations. We did not defend them. I think their team last year was one of the best offenses we faced, and they're still pretty good. Their numbers are good and I'm sure we helped boost them up."

"(Louisville DE Elvis Dumervil) may have set a world record tonight in tackles, tackles for loss, fumbles, an interception."
