Favorites: Arkansas, UNC, Virginia

Inside Carolina: Jarrett, thanks again for spending time with us. I know you came up for the NIKE camp. Have you visited UNC before?
Jarrett Meadors: I came up last year for the FSU game.

IC: What were your thoughts of the school?
Meadors: I like the facilities and stadium. I haven't gotten a chance to see the campus yet.

IC: Have you met the UNC staff?
Meadors: I have met Coach Hunter who is my primary recruiter.

IC: What did Coach Hunter tell you?
Meadors: He said that they like my size. They have a few "scatback" type runners already and that they are looking for a bigger back that could break a few tackles in the secondary.

IC: What is the best part of your game?
Meadors: I think the combination of my size and speed.

IC: What do you like about football?
Meadors: It's just fun to run around and hit people.

IC: Did you have a favorite team growing up?
Meadors: I was always a PSU fan growing up in Pennsylvania.

IC: It seems like a pretty big coincidence that Arkansas is recruiting you and that you were born there. Is there someone there that your family knows?
Meadors: I don't think so. At least not at the school. They found out that I was born there so they may have stepped up their recruiting because of that.

IC: Do your parents have a preference where you go?
Meadors: My mom wants me to stay close by, but I think my dad would like to see me go back to Arkansas because that is where he grew up.

IC: Do you know when you might commit?
Meadors: I'd like to commit before the season starts so that I can get it over with and focus on my season here at Purnell Swett.

IC: What would you like to major in?
Meadors: I'd like to get a law degree I am but not sure about an undergraduate degree.

IC: Do you
