CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- Behind 28 points and eight rebounds from MVP William Graves, Greensboro (N.C.) won its second straight state 3-A title by beating Concord, 79-75, Saturday at the Dean E. Smith Center.

Graves scored 11 first quarter points -- hitting his first three three-pointers -- as Dudley built a lead they'd never relinquish.

Graves and Dudley finished the season with a 27-4 record and a third straight title game appearance.

"I can't say enough about him," said David Price, of the future Tar Heel. "He's meant a lot to us."
