Inside Carolina: Thank you for talking with us LaBrose. What would you like to be called?
LaBrose Hedgeman: You can call me LaBrose or Spiderman.

IC: How did you like the Carolina camp?
Hedgeman: I had a great time. I got there on a Friday and spent the night with my friend Danny Rumley. He showed me around campus and I had a chance to meet some people.

IC: What did Danny say about Carolina?
Hedgeman: He said that he really likes it at Carolina and that I should look into it. He did not pressure me though which I am glad about. He knows what recruiting is about.

IC: What are you looking for in a school?
Hedgeman: Academics first of all. After that I want to play for a good football team and I would also like the chance to play early.

IC: What would you like to major in?
Hedgeman: Business.

IC: Have you met the staff at UNC?
Hedgeman: Yes sir, I have met the entire staff.

IC: How did you like them?
Hedgeman: I liked them.

IC: Who is your primary recruiter?
Hedgeman: Coach Brewer.

IC: Did they say what position that they were recruiting you for?
Hedgeman: Corner

IC: What did Coach Fleming say to you?
Hedgeman: He told me a lot about himself. He also said that what he thought about me. He said that UNC is a program on the rise. He showed me the depth chart and said that I had the chance to play early but it would be up to me (to win the job). He also said that he would do his best to prepare me for the next level.

IC: Did you have a favorite school growing up?
Hedgeman: We moved around a lot so I didn't really have a favorite school except maybe FSU but that was more because I like certain players like Deion.

IC: What did you think of the Carolina campus, facilities, and stadium?
Hedgeman: Very nice. I liked the weight room and the stadium. They told me that they are looking to improve it as well.

IC: Do you participate in other sports?
Hedgeman: Yes sir, I run track.

IC: Which schools would you say are recruiting you the hardest right now?
Hedgeman: I'd say Clemson, UNC, LSU, TN, and Auburn are recruiting me the hardest.

IC: When do you think that you might decide?
Hedgeman: Either after the regular season but before the playoffs or after the football playoffs. There is always a chance that I could decide early though.

IC: Is distance from home a factor for you?
LaBrose: No sir not really. I am not considering schools that are too far away though.

IC: Does your family have a preference where you attend?
LaBrose: No sir. They want me to go where I fit in best.

IC: Have you set up any official visits yet?
LaBrose: No sir, not yet.

IC: Do you think UNC will get one of your official visits?
LaBrose: Yes sir, they will get one of my official visits.

IC: When do you expect to visit Chapel Hill again?
LaBrose: I plan on coming up for the Texas game.

IC: Well thanks for talking with us LaBrose. We will get in touch with you soon for another update.
