Jones, 6-foot-1 190-pound athlete, sports offers from East Carolina, Kentucky, Maryland, MTSU, South Carolina, and Tulsa.
In addition to the Tar Heels' camp, Jones will camp at Wake Forest in July. He has already camped at Clemson, Florida State, and South Carolina.
After camping at UNC, Jones might be prepared to make a verbal commitment.
"After I go to North Carolina, I'll have visited all of my top choices," said Jones. "So, most likely I'll make my decision after I get back from North Carolina."
Although Jones claims Florida State as his leader, growing up a fan of the Tar Heels has North Carolina in a solid position.
"Florida State's number one, North Carolina is two," said Jones. "They are both probably number one, but Florida State is a little bit ahead."
Jones is being recruited by Coach Andre Powell for North Carolina at wide receiver.
"I try to text [Powell] or call him every other week," said Jones. "He told me with their wide receiver situation, if I go there I could play early."
During his junior season, Jones caught 35 passes for 550 yards and five touchdowns earning all-conference honors. On defense, he accumulated 28 tackles, ten pass breakups and three interceptions.
