Euwell, a 6-foot-2, 210-pound defensive end from Pinetops (N.C.) Southwest Edgecombe, also holds offers from East Carolina, N.C. State, and South Carolina.
Back in May, Euwell verbally committed to N.C. State. Although still firm in that decision, he isn't completely closing the door just yet.
"It's still firm right now," said Euwell. "Right now, I'm committed to State, but I'm keeping my options open."
With his current focus on preparing for his senior football season and academics, Euwell isn't sure what – if any – schools besides N.C. State he will visit this fall.
In addition to participating in the camp this past weekend, Euwell received a tour of the facilities and spoke with his position coach, Danny Pearman.
"I did the same things I do at every camp," said Euwell. "They gave a tour of the campus and I talked to the position coach. During the camp, I did one-on-one pass rushing drills, learned some techniques on how to pass rush, and stuff like that."
Although the UNC coaches praised Euwell's performance, they gave him some homework.
"They said I had a great performance and have a great personality," said Euwell. "They told me a few things I could work on to help me improve my game."
During his junior season, Euwell totaled 98 tackles including 29 for a loss and 12 sacks earning him Defensive Player-of-the-Year for Wilson Telegram and All-Conference honors.
