Jarboe readily admits that his knowledge of the Tar Heel program is limited. Therefore, he plans to make an unofficial visit to North Carolina over the summer.
Additionally, Jarboe, who has only visited Georgia Tech this spring, is looking to visit Florida, LSU, and Ohio State, among others.
During some of his stops, Jarboe will participate in camps. However, the majority of his stays will just be a regular unofficial where he tours the campus and speaks with the coaching staff.
Heading into the summer, Jarboe is favoring five schools.
"I like LSU, Oklahoma, Florida, Ohio State, and Georgia," said Jarboe. "I watch them the most, that's why I like them. I check-up on all of them the most."
All five of Jarboe's favorites have offered him.
According to Jarboe, UNC can easily jump into the mix.
"If they keep coming hard, they'll be in the running too," said Jarboe. "If they want me; they just have to show it."
Jarboe says Blake told him that UNC is in need of a wide receiver and plans to turn up the heat on his recruitment.
While Jarboe isn't sure when he'll make a verbal commitment, he knows what factors he'll be focusing on.
"[I'll be looking for] a good education, good coaching staff, quarterbacks, and how deep they are at receiver," said Jarboe.
During his junior season, Jarboe lined up at wide receiver, quarterback, and running back. He starts at wide receiver, but jumps under center for QB draws and option plays and in the backfield for sweeps and tosses.
Jarboe was named to the All-County team after catching 48 passes for 974 yards ten touchdowns. He added 437 yards and two touchdowns from rushes and threw for another 137 yards.
