Demps, a 5-foot-10 165-pound cornerback from Suwanee (Ga.) Peachtree Ridge, worked mostly with defensive coordinator/secondary coach Chuck Pagano.
"He's a good coach," said Demps. "He told me some things I need to work on that I haven't been doing."
When Demps first arrived on campus, he entertained a one-on-one meeting with Butch Davis.
"He was just talking to me about how they watch me on film and they really liked me and they could see me going to North Carolina," said Demps.
Following the camp, Demps, who was accompanied by his parents, explored the campus.
"We walked around the campus, looked around," said Demps. "I really liked it. It's a nice campus."
Saturday's visit firmed up UNC's position in Demps' favorites list.
"I liked it - I liked it a lot," said Demps. "They're in my top five."
Auburn, Florida, LSU, and Virginia Tech round out the remainder of Demps' top five. All five schools have extended scholarship offers.
Demps, who claims Virginia Tech as his leader, is planning to wait until Signing Day to make a verbal commitment.
"Me and my parents have got to sit down and we've got to talk about it and see what's best for me," said Demps. "Basically, I'm looking for a good football program and a good education."
Demps is now finished with college camps. However, he said he does plan on unofficially visiting Florida before the end of the summer.
