USAAAB: Morgan Moses Spotlight

SAN ANTONIO --- Morgan Moses will participate in his second All-American game Saturday when he suits up for the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

"This one is more competition," said Moses, who played in the Hawaii All-Star Football Classic a couple of weeks back. "The East and the West, we got top notch guys out here. It should be a great showdown on Saturday."

Moses, a 6-foot-7, 347-pound offensive tackle from Richmond (Va.) Meadowbrook, has practiced at both guard and tackle spots for the East squad.

"We're doing a lot of stuff right now," Moses said. "I'm going to be doing a lot of run blocking and pass [protection]. It's going to be a combination offense. We hope we'll be able to find our plays."

A week after the All-American Bowl, Moses will officially visit UNC. He will make the trip with close friend and UNC commitment Bryn Renner.

"I've been to UNC once before that," Moses said. "It's all about picking and choosing wisely. UNC has an up and coming program with Butch Davis. With a good coach like that, you've got to take the official visit there."

Moses denies rumors stating that he's beginning to lean toward a specific school.

"Right now, I'm still open," Moses said. "I'm just looking to take my official visits and we'll see what happens after that."

Moses, who has taken an official visit to West Virginia, isn't sure where he'll officially visit the weekends following his UNC trip.

"I really haven't thought about it yet," Moses said. "I'm going to think hard about it when I get back."
