Green said he was impressed with Neyland Stadium, which holds more than 100,000 but that was the only positive to speak of from his visit.
"They have offered but I didn't commit," Green said early Monday morning east coast time. "I am still going to Texas Tech this week and I expect to hear from UNC before that visit."
After his visit to UNC, Green said he felt comfortable with the town of Chapel Hill, the players and the coaching staff.
"At this point, I like North Carolina and Tennessee," Green said. "It was like UNC but I felt more comfortable at UNC. Tennessee was OK – the players were cool, but I was feeling the Carolina players more. I hope to decide a few days after my visit to Texas Tech."
