  • Stephone Anthony: "In the final eight minutes, Anson's Stephone Anthony scored on a 43-yard run, intercepted Allen's potentially game-tying two-point conversion pass, and recovered the subsequent onside kick as the Bearcats advanced to the 3-AA semifinals." -- News & Record

  • Everett Golson: He scored touchdowns on a four-yard run and a six-yard pass. -- The Sun News
  • Marcus Lattimore: He carried the ball 19 times for 186 yards and four touchdowns. He also caught four passes for 54 yards. "I got a little emotional before the game," Lattimore told the Greenville News. "It really didn't sink in till I got on the field.   • Christian LeMay: He completed 10-of-17 passes for 344 yards with three touchdowns (77, 45, and 65 yards). He also scored on a 47-yard run. -- Charlotte Observer
  • Lucky Radley: He rushed for 93 yards and two touchdowns (49 and 14 yards) on 14 carries. "I really wanted to end the year with a bang," Radley told the Los Angeles Daily News.   • Brian Taylor: He was 7-of-15 passing for 51 yards. "Defense pulled it out for us," Taylor told the Fayetteville Observer. -- News & Observer Fayetteville Observer
  • Justin Worley: He completed 23-of-36 passes for 301 yards and three touchdowns. "It all went right most of the night," Worley told the Herald. "I was getting good pass protection. My receivers were running good routes. The satisfying thing about this win is we went out and executed. It's good to be going back to the state after we started 0-4." -- The Herald
