  • Cameron Newton: He scored on a 19-yard touchdown run. -- Houston Chronicle
  • Brian Taylor: He converted a 29-yard field goal. "I was hoping the offense would score some more points," Taylor told the Fayetteville Observer, "but the defense held it for us. I don't think we've been at the top of our game the past two weeks, but the (opposition) defenses are definitely better.
