Part I

In the first installment of this two part profile, IC provided you information on Houston's 2002 season and 5 offensive action video clips. The athletic Houston is considered one of the top ten prospects in the state of North Carolina in 2004.

Today, we provide you with Houston's career stats, five defensive action video clips, and have a few quotes from Houston himself.

RUSHING: 234 carries for 1,737 yards with 24 TDS
PASSING: 101 of 255 passes for 1,812 with 21 TDS

Defense: 17 INTS, returned 3 INTS for scores (played DB in a couple of games his freshman season, played only on the offense his sophomore season). Last season, Houston was credited with 25 passes broken up.

Houston benches 225 pounds, runs a 4.4 forty, and currently has one Division-IA offer on the table, from Tennessee.

Houston told IC, "My top teams right now are: North Carolina State, Virginia Tech, South Carolina, Tennessee, and of course North Carolina."

When questioned about his favorite position, Houston responded, "Right now, I would prefer to play quarterback."

This summer Houston plans to attend football camp at Charlotte (NC) Independence High School. He hasn't heard anything reference the Nike camps this spring, and has not looked into the college camps.

***A special thanks to Deana King, who provided the raw footage of several games to the IC Video staff.***
