NDSU is looking hard from a running back this class and one they've identified early on as a top target is Florida's Tyshaun Ingram. The BisonReport spoke with Ingram to learn more about his recruiting and interest in NDSU.
"I've heard a lot from UMASS, USF, Middle Tennessee and South Carolina lately," Ingram said to the BisonReport. "None of those have offered yet, but UMASS is really interested, USF wants to do some work with me in person and so does South Carolina and Middle Tennessee. They really like me too. I've camped at Rutgers, FAMU and I plan on camping at South Carolina and also Auburn. I have offers right now from Bowling Green, Georgia State, NDSU, FAMU and Bethune Cookman."
NDSU has been on the Florida running back a lot lately.
"I heard from NDSU yesterday and they really love me," Ingram told the BisonReport. "He just was wishing me and my family a happy 4th of July and that was Coach Austin. My relationship with him is pretty good and with Coach Klieman the head coach. The offered a while ago now and my interest in them is pretty high. It's a great program and they run the ball a lot which is something every running back that's trying to go to the league loves, plus their fan base is crazy."
Ingram has NDSU among his favorites heading into the heart of July.
"I don't have a list yet, but Bowling Green and NDSU are my favorites right now," Ingram explained. "The coaches from both schools show that they could really use me in their programs and the other schools who offered me don't really talk to me a lot, so I really don't know how their program are. I'll probably take an official there in a few months. NDSU will be in it until the end as I will never not consider a school that wins the national championship every year."
Ingram has the Bison in his top 2
