"My favorite part about the NDSU was visit was just being around the coaches and getting to know them better," Offensive lineman Kayode Awosika said to the BisonReport.com. "They're really great people who are extremely passionate and committed to what they do. Coach Riley said he would love to coach me and he would really like to see me become a Bison and that he thinks I would be a really good fit there. Coach Klieman mentioned that I'd be a great fit and he hoped I got the answers I needed and was excited I came out that weekend."
Awosika enjoyed seeing the campus and spending time with the NDSU players again.
"The campus was great and it's a really good city with a great community," Awosika explained. "Marquise Bridges was my host and he was cool. He's from Minnesota and went to De La Salle. He said he hoped I make the best decision for me and was really real and informative about the place and his experience so far."
The Bison are sitting in a good place for Awosika following the visit.
"My interest in them is pretty high," Awosika told the BisonReport. "They're a good school that knows what they're doing and are committed to excellence. I don't know where they are exactly on my list, but they're near toward the top. I'll be taking an official visit to Buffalo this weekend and then I'll be making my decision in late January. I also heard from Rutgers and we talked on the phone last Thursday and they were showing the head coach my film on Sunday, but I haven't heard anything since. UNI's head coach will be by on Tuesday, Buffalo's offensive line coach will be by on Wednesday and NDSU's head coach on Thursday."
