"I'm officially a Bison come this summer," Texas defensive tackle Joshua Osei said to the BisonReport. "I'll be a preferred walk-on at defensive tackle for them and I just took an unofficial visit up to NDSU on Friday. I had the opportunity to meet most of the coaches, tour the Fargodome, the SHAC, campus and discussed what NDSU has to offer me as a student athlete. The campus was beautiful and I liked how spread out, but also well connected it was. The facilities were top of the line and they were very clean and unique."
"I talked a lot with coach Goeser, Buddha and Hedberg while on my visit," Osei explained. "Coach Goeser is glad to have me a part of the team and is looking forward to coaching me on his upcoming defensive line. Coach Buddha was also glad I made the trip up, and he can't wait to coach me. What sold me on North Dakota State was the relationship between the students and the faculty, the northern hospitality of Fargo, the family bond of the football team mostly, the work ethic and mindset of the football team and coaches. Plus the will to be the greatest of all-time appeals to me. I ended up committing to coach Hedberg before I left, and he was excited for me to a Bison. My family is proud I'll be heading to college there and they're looking forward to watching me perform my best on the field."
Osei has a message for Bison fans.
"I want them to know a storm is coming, and it's going to wipe out all of the Bison's competition. The upcoming Bison football teams are going to the top, and I'm going to put everything on the line to make the NDSU football program the best in the nation."
