My North Dakota State visit was incredible," Nebraska defensive end Ryan Schommer said to the BisonReport. "The coaching staff showed me around and I really got to see what Bison Football is about! Such tradition and such high standards. While I was there we went on a tour of the campus. The tour guide was very good and I was very impressed by the campus. Honestly, my favorite part was the different food courts they have as a guy has got to eat. Their facilities were top notch none the less. I was amazed at the Fargodome as it's such a special place filled with great tradition."

"I talked the most with coach Conor Riley the most, and he visited me in Norfolk last week," Schommer explained. "Coach Riley has told me that so far in the recruiting process for me, everything checks out. It's going well and he is looking forward to seeing me work at their camp. I have high interest in NDSU right now and I look forward to attending their camp so I can do what the best at that level do. I will be camping there this summer, along with stops at Iowa, Iowa State, Wyoming, Missouri State, SDSU, Nebraska and South Dakota."
