Illinois defensive lineman Dalapo Adubifa is drawing comparisons to Michigan signee Tim Jamison. The 6-foot-2, 230-pounder from Bourbonnais (Ill.) Bradley is just now growing into his body.
"Dalapo really gets after the quarterback. He's cut in the same mold as Tim Jamison and he runs extremely well." Said Bradley coach Craig Bundy.
Has Adubifa received any early offers?
"Not right now." Adubifa said. "I'm getting a lot of mail and Notre Dame, Northwestern, Illinois and Northern Illinois have all called me so far.
"My favorites are Iowa, Purdue, Illinois, Wisconsin, Virginia, Arizona and Northern Illinois.
"I'm going to camp at Missouri and Northern Illinois this summer. I'm also going to the (Iowa City) Nike Camp next week."
Adubifa played defensive tackle and defensive end as a junior. He had 30 solo tackles and seven sacks in 2003.
