I heard he is transferring to Louisville. Seems like an odd move to me; he is going from a spread offense that likes to air it out and run to the edges to a team that is even more spread out and even more pass happy that doesn't really have a need for power backs. I wish him luck, but I thought he would go to a place that utilizes the run game more.
Louisville has a returning senior RB Dominique Brown who had 825 yards and there backup is senior RB Michael Dyer who played on Auburn's national championship squad. There might be opening in future years when Malin Jones is eligible. But if he could not crack NU's lineup with all of the injuries last year, I don't see there being much future productivity.
