Air Force, New Mexico State and Idaho have all offered a scholarship to Parker, but he has only visited Idaho as of now. Parker plans on visiting both New Mexico State and Washington as well by the end of January, as Washington has jumped into the recruiting picture with Parker, but hasn't officially offered yet.
Northwestern has not offered Parker yet, but he said he still has interest in possibly becoming a Wildcat if Northwestern in fact does decide to offer Parker a scholarship. Parker made it clear that he is still open to the possibility of new schools jumping into the race towards the end of the recruiting period, but says that for now all he can do is focus on the scholarships that have already officially been offered to him.
As a junior, Parker was named all-region and all-state, finishing the season with 56 tackles and three interceptions.
Parker finished his senior season with 68 total tackles, three interceptions, 15 pass-breakups, and was named 1st-team all-region, 1st-team all-state in the state of Arizona.
Parker also said that he does not have any set timetable for a decision. He said that it would be nice to make a decision as soon as possible, but with the fact that schools could join the recruiting race for Parker late, his decision could come ‘whenever'.
