"I went to the Purdue-Minnesota game (last year)," he said. "I went to Michigan twice. Indiana, I went down there a couple weeks ago in March for their junior day. I went to Northwestern a couple weeks ago and plan to go back again next week."
Brown enjoyed his visit to Evanston, where he toured the football facilities, watched a practice, and met with the coaches and players.
"[At Northwestern] I went to the running backs meeting, then they had practice," he said. "I enjoyed practice. It was really fun. They were really enthusiastic out there. I saw Coach Pat [Fitzgerald], and talked to Coach Springer--me and him have a really close relationship. I definitely enjoyed my time there.
"Next time I'm going back I'm looking forward to, since I'm majoring in physical therapy, seeing a professor," he said.
While Brown enjoyed all of his visits, NU separated itself from the rest.
"I would say it's a ten," he said. "I've been too a lot of campuses, a lot of schools. Northwestern, it was tops. It felt like home."
While Northwestern is Brown's favorite for now, he plans to take more visits, specifically to Michigan, NU, and Tennessee, before he commits somewhere in order to make the best decision possible. He also has no plans for when he will commit.
"I think I might wait until next year," he said. "If I feel right and take a couple visits, I might commit early."
