Bailey Sets Top Four

One of the top prospects in the Midwest, quarterback Aaron Bailey of Bolingbrook High (Ill.) talks about tripping to Ohio State, his early top four, and his next visit.

2013 quarterback Aaron Bailey of Bolingbrook High (Ill.) made the trip to Ohio State for junior day Saturday, and had a very positive trip.

"No offer just yet," Bailey's dad "O" Bailey said. "Coach Meyer did talk to Aaron twice and he wants him to come back down for spring practice and a camp."

"The coaches wants to see Aaron throw before he makes any kind of offer," Bailey said. "So I guess we will make another trip down here for that."

There were several things that stood out for Bailey.

"Aaron really liked the school," the elder Bailey said. "What stood out was the coaching staff, Coach Meyer of course, and the student recreation building."

Even though Aaron is still early in the process, an early top four have emerged.

"Right now Aaron's top four is Northwestern, Ohio State, Boston College and Iowa," Bailey said.

And next week Bailey will look to add too that list by checking out another school – which is to be determined.

"Next week we will visit Nebraska, Wisconsin, or Iowa State," Bailey said.

The talented signal caller has offers from Notre Dame, Northwestern, Boston College, Mississippi, Minnesota, and more.
