NLA 7on7: Brandon Lewis

Introducing 2014 Elk Grove (Calif.) Pleasant Grove defensive back Brandon Lewis.

Elk Grove (Calif.) Pleasant Grove defensive back Brandon Lewis is starting to receive interest from colleges.

"I've gotten some letters," he tells Scout.com. "I got a letter from Northwestern and a Nike Combine invitation. Air Force is looking at me too, my brother is going there and he likes the coaching staff a lot."

Lewis is hoping to hear from schools in the Pac-12, as he would like to stay on the West Coast to play college football.

"My dream school is Oregon," he says. "Ever since like 2006, when I saw Dennis Dixon and them play, I just fell in love with the school."

What does Lewis' ideal school have to have?

"Nice jerseys like Oregon, good coaches, Christian people around the school because I have a strong faith in god, and good weather," he says.

The 5-foot-11, 175-pound athlete knows what his strengths and weaknesses are.

"I'm pretty quick and I have good offensive skills, I need to work on my coverage," he shares.

Lewis reports a 4.17 GPA.
