Dudek Is One To Watch

2014 Neuqua Valley High receiver Mike Dudek talks to FOXSportsNext about upcoming camps and his updated schools of interest inside.

After putting on a show at the Chicago NFSC, Neuqua Valley High 2014 wide receiver Mike Dudek talks about his upcoming camps – starting with Saturdays Nike Football Training Camp in Columbus.

"I want to compete against the best and give 100% effort," Dudek said. "My goal is to run good routes, get separation and go up and get the ball."

He added, " I want to show how I can play at a high level."

Dudek is planning on staying busy this summer with camps.

"I am going to several camps," Dudek said. "I am attending the Northwestern Showcase, Indiana University, University of Dayton and Illinois State University Camps."

He continued, " I am going to try and get to University of Iowa and Iowa State as well."

And he has been using his sophomore off-season as a sure fire way to get ready for camps.

"I have been working out 5-6 days a week at Acceleration in Naperville," Dudek said. "We are focusing on getting stronger and building speed. We do a lot of exercises that build football strength and quickness on the field."

And he is seeing the improvements already.

"They have really helped lower my times," Dudek said. "Add weight and prepare me for this upcoming season." And schools are taking notice of Dudek.

"I have received some emails and mail from schools like Purdue," Dudek said. "Indiana, Colorado, Dayton, Richmond, Valparaiso and others. Many of them have asked me to come camp this summer."
