Kostic dropped from NU's class

Northwestern has dropped junior forward Milos Kostic from its 2013 recruiting class, a source told PurpleWildcats.com publisher Chris Emma.

Junior forward Milos Kostic has been dropped from Northwestern's 2013 class, sources confirmed to PurpleWildcats.com.

Kostic, a 6-foot-8 forward/center, gave his verbal pledge to Northwestern in April of 2011, doing so with AAU teammate Alex Olah. A source said it was NU's decision to drop Kostic; not a true decommitment.

This week, Northwestern was unable to admit three-star guard Mislav Brzoja, also a native of Indiana, like Kostic and Olah.
