Matthew Harris was carted off from the field in the third quarter of Saturday's game. He took a hit in the head from Penn State quarterback Christian Hackenberg, who was scrambling on a broken third down play. Harris was taken to a hospital for further evaluation, but according to team officials, was "alert and moving."
Harris appeared to force a fumble from Penn State wide receiver Bill Belton, and proceeded to run it back for a touchdown. The play was overturned after a review. After an inconsistent start to the season, Harris was performing well against the Nittany Lions. We'll have an update on his status shortly.
