How did Lane end up picking the Wildcats?
"Northwestern was one of the schools that came by my school in the spring and they saw me practice.
"This summer I camped at Northwestern and Michigan." Lane said.
"I also visited Purdue. All the schools were very nice. Northwestern offered me a scholarship after camp and I accepted.
"Northwestern is a great school and they won the Big Ten Conference three times in the past 10 years.
"Northwestern passes the ball a lot and that played a part in my decision as well."
Lane had interest from Purdue, Michigan, Duke, Wake Forest, Iowa, Michigan State, Miami and several other schools.
